Weddings

An ideal package for a full day from getting ready to dancing. Full access to the entire venue including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Includes table and chair set-up, white or black linens, and place settings for 200 guests.
Elopements

Celebrate your love story with a simple four hour affair on a Monday-Thursday. Access to the entire venue. Includes table and chair set-up, white or black linens, and place settings for 50 guests.

Are you looking for a a venue for a bridal shower, corporate event, celebration of life, photography shoot, or other type of event?
Payment plans
We have multiple payment arrangements including 1 payment, 2 payments, 3 payments, and 4 payments. We take electronic payments as well as cash or checks.
To reserve the venue, a minimum of 25% of your total is required for a deposit. The last payment is due at least two weeks in advance of your event date.

What is the venue capacity?
The venue accommodates 200 people for both your ceremony which could be held in our atrium conservatory and your reception which is held in our hall.
Are your buildings climate controlled with both air conditioning and heat?
Yes! Our atrium conservatory for your ceremony and our hall for your reception have air conditioning and heat.
What is included in your wedding packages?
Our wedding packages typically include a pre-wedding consultation, 12 hours for the event venue rental on your wedding day, all tables and chairs, and a selection of either white or black linens and table service for up to 200 people. We also offer additional options such as engagement photography sessions.
What is allowed for decorations?
Most decorations are allowed. Candles contained in a glass container or votive are permitted. You may use sparklers, birdseed and real flower petals outdoors. We do not allow silly strings, rice, confetti, or glitter because of difficulties with cleanup. No decorations are allowed to be hung on the walls.
Do you allow smoking or pets?
For the enjoyment of everyone at the event, no smoking or pets are allowed.
Do you provide food and beverages?
We do not provide food or beverages, but we do have a preferred vendor list for these services as well as other services.
